An active field technician is a team member who uses IPMTrace to create or complete field-service records. Team includes up to 10 active field technicians, while Operations includes up to 25.

Yes. Team and Operations each include one office administrator and review account. If you need additional office accounts or more complex roles, contact us to discuss the Scale plan.
